Kasturi Pattanaik has performed in important festivals abroad. Her overseas Odissi dance performances include;

• India Festival, 1987 in USSR, covering five major cities of  the Soviet Union;

• Spring Festival in North Korea, 1990;

• Kalinga Bali Yatra (covering Indonesia, Jakarta and Bali);

• Performances in Singapore;

• Performances in Thailand;

• Performances in Hongkong; and

• Performances in China.

Mrs. Pattanaik has also conducted extensive workshops in  Odissi dance Hongkong, in Discovery Bay (DB), one of the  most developed areas and bustling hub of activities of Hong Kong.
